Regular maintenance allows us to keep our network running well. From time to time, our engineers carry out routine preventive as well as ad-hoc corrective activities on our systems.
Unless explicitly stated, these routine maintenance activities should have minimal to no possibility of downtime.
And to minimise any inconvenience to affected users, we’ve scheduled all regular maintenance activities to twice a month during the lowest network utilisation hours of the day (when the fewest people are online) from 02:00AM. to 06:00AM.

Try as we might to limit all network maintenance activities during the above hours, unexpected urgent ad-hoc needs may call for immediate corrective action outside of them. In these unforeseen circumstances, we apologise in advance if any downtime occurs. Chances are that we are working diligently to bring our network online as quickly as possible.
